CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT OF BANKS

Objectives:
The main objective of the project was to upgrade the knowledge and skills of Board of Directors of commercial banks in Liberia on effective corporate governance and enterprise risk management of their institutions in line with requirements of the Corporate Governance Regulations, which require, inter alia, that Board of Directors should have regular training on the operations and governance of their institutions.
