Fred Ojigbani PSM, PSPO, CSM, SPS, MBCS is an experienced technology and transformation consultant and serves as an Associate Expert in Technology Consulting with Mindset Resource Consulting. He brings over 15 years of consulting experience supporting organisations across the government, energy, charity, health, and financial services sectors.

Fred has advised and delivered complex technology-enabled change initiatives for large, regulated organisations, including FTSE 100 financial institutions such as Barclays Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. His experience spans digital transformation, change management, business process documentation, agile delivery, and technology-enabled workforce and operating model change. He has also contributed to major national-scale programmes, including EDF Energy’s £2 billion Smart Metering Programme.

Within Mindset Resource Consulting, Fred supports technology consulting engagements requiring strong business–technology alignment, agile delivery expertise, and structured change implementation. He works collaboratively with MRC teams and clients to translate business objectives into practical, scalable technology and process solutions.

Fred holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Coventry University Business School. He maintains multiple professional certifications across agile delivery, product ownership, and service management, and is a professional member of the British Computer Society (MBCS). He was recognised as Business Person of the Year at the 2023 SME Business Awards (Northamptonshire).
