Eve is an Associate Expert in Research & Policy Consulting at Mindset Resource Consulting (MRC). She is an experienced educator and interdisciplinary researcher with expertise across a wide range of social science methods, including comparative case study analysis, policy learning, and scenario analysis. Her work focuses on equality and human rights, healthcare, migration, education, decarbonisation, the just transition, and the wellbeing economy, applying holistic and systems-based approaches to complex policy challenges.

Eve has published 11 books and more than 70 scientific papers across diverse policy areas. She previously served as an Associate Professor of Politics and International Relations at the University of Edinburgh, Founding Depute Director at the Academy of Government, an Academic Fellow at the Scottish Parliament, and Academic Coordinator at Baillie Gifford. She is committed to delivering high-quality research and evaluation and has led and contributed to commissioned projects for public, private, and third-sector organisations.

Eve holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute. She previously completed an MA in Comparative Politics at McGill University and a BSc in International Relations and History at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
